Services Offered
PaperandPunch.com offers a variety of invitations, note cards, Thank You cards and Christmas cards. Each item automatically includes an envelope at no additional charge. When you choose custom printing, we will work with you to get the perfect wording and font choice so that your stationery is just right. Return Address printing is also available for an additional $.25 per envelope.
Custom Printing
When an item is ordered with custom printing, the printing is done on an inkjet printer. A faxed or e-mailed proof will be provided to you prior to printing at no additional charge. Once the proof is issued, PaperandPunch.com will not proceed with processing the order until the proof is approved. If you choose not to receive a proof, PaperandPunch.com cannot be responsible for any errors in the information that was provided when the order was placed. Please contact us with any concerns so that we may handle them appropriately.
Duplication of Printed Items
Please be advised that PaperandPunch.com does not allow the unauthorized physical or electronic duplication of items purchased from this site, included but not limited to photocopying, scanning or emailing.
Order Processing and Shipping Turnaround Times
If you order custom printed items, you will receive an e-mailed or faxed proof within 1 - 2 business days. We will wait to hear back from you before proceeding on your order. If you do not see your emailed proof, please check your Spam or Junk email folders, as some email providers automatically sort out emails from uknown addresses. If you cannot find the proof, please contact us so that we can get it to you another way. Once the proof is approved, the order is processed within 1 - 2 business days if the item is in stock, or 3 - 5 days if the item is not in stock. The item will then be shipped in the method of your choice (Priority Mail typically arrives in 2-3 days; Express Mail is guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 days). Orders that do not include custom printed items will generally ship within 1 - 2 business days, or 3 - 5 business days if the item is not in stock.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, you may return any un-printed items for a full refund or any custom printed items for a store credit (less the original shipping charges). Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment of your order.
When returning merchandise, please contact so that we can provide the correct shipping address to you, and be sure include a copy of your receipt or your name and four-digit PaperandPunch order number. Allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of returns.
